Easy Fish Cutlets


INGREDIENTS:

Fillet Fish 1/2 kg Spring onion 1 Green chilies 3 Potatoes 1 (mashed)
Corn starch 2 tbsp Salt to taste
Chinese salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp crushed Egg 1
Bread crumbs 1 cup Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp Lemon 1 juice
Oil 1 cup for frying

DIRECTIONS:

Steam fish with salt in a steamer.
Shred fish Chinese salt, green chilies, corn starch, lemon juice, egg and mash potato.
Shape the fish into a cutlet.
Apply egg and roll in bread crumbs. Fry them till golden and serve
