Ingredients:

4 skinless chicken thighs
|

3 teaspoons maple syrup
|
|
1 teaspoons chili sauce
|
|
1 teaspoon cider vinegar
|
|
1 tablespoon canola oil
|
|
½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
|
|
½ cup Apple Wood Chips
|
Preparation Method:

Soak Apple Chips in water for 30
minutes. Preheat grill. Combine syrup,

chili sauce, vinegar and mustard
together in a saucepan. Let simmer for

5 minutes. Brush chicken with the oil
and season with salt and pepper.

Add wood chips to coals. Place
chicken on grill and cook for 10−15 minutes
