INGREDIENTS
500 grams Fish fillets
2 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tsp Crushed red chili
2 tsp Garlic ginger paste
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Turmeric powder
1 pinch Carom seeds
1 tbsp dry coriander powder
1tsp garam masala
2 tsp of chat masala
4 tbsp Gram flour
2 tbsp Water
Oil for shallow fry
PREPARATION
Mix lemon juice, crushed red chili, garlic ginger paste, salt, turmeric powder, carom seeds, dry coriander powder, garam masala, chat masala, gram flour and water in a bowl.
Now marinate fish in the prepared mixture for 6 hours.
Then fry marinated fish on skillet.
