INGREDIENTS
SALAD
1 (16 oz.) pkg. Green Giant garlic seasoning pasta Accents frozen vegetables with pasta
2 c. cubed cooked chicken
1/4 sliced green onions
5 c. shredded lettuce
DRESSING
1/3 c. oil
2 tbsp. rice wine vinegar or white wine vinegar
2 tbsp. creamy peanut butter
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
PREPARATION
Prepare frozen vegetables with pasta according to package directions until vegetables are crisp and tender. Cover, refrigerate for 1 hour.
