Seared Beef Tataki Salad



Very easy to make and perfect for appetizers

Ingredients:
Avocado Haas Ripe 1 Count peeled, seeded and diced
Tomato Light Red 30grm Graded diced
Onion Scallion Medium 20 grm sliced
Beef Strip loin Mbg 100 grm Boneless steaks
Lettuce Gourmet Salad Mix Prewashed 30 grm
Salt to taste
Cilantro for garnish

Dressing
Wasabi Vinaigrette

Preparation Method:

Mix salad, avocado, tomato and scallions, keep cold until service.
Divide the salad over the salad bowls.
Season the steak and cook (grill) rare, slice pieces and dress over the salad.
Drizzle with the wasabi vinaigrette and garnish with the cilantro.
