lbs. ziti
2 15 oz. pkgs. of ricotta cheese, skim or whole
2 cups shredded swiss cheese
2 cups parmesan cheese
2 cups shredded provolone
2 cups crumbled blue cheese

Preparation Method:
Make
sauce first. Combine all ingredients and simmer for 1 hour or until ready to
use.
In large bowl combine all the remaining ingredients and mix well. Add in half the sauce and mix well.
When ziti is cooked drain very well and add in to sauce and cheese mixture. Mix well.
In 1 or 2 baking dishes pour in ziti mixture and you may want to add some sauce to the top and garnish with sauce and parsley.

Bake
at 350° for 10 minutes. Let set in oven for 2 more minutes and serve.
