Baby Spinach with White Mushroom Salad

Ingredients:
Spinach Baby: 900 Grams
Bacon, roasted diced in small dice: 200 Grams
Onion Red Medium, sliced :200 Grams sliced in thin rings
Mushroom All White Medium,
 Sliced:150 Grams thin sliced
Cheese Blue Crumbles: 150 Grams
Egg Hard Boiled Whole Peeled,
Chopped:150 Grams
Tomato Roasted Red in Oil Frozen :100 Grams
Taste to salt, pepper

Preparation Method:

Clean and trim the salad, wash and spin dry. Place the spinach (around 90 gr/per plate) in a salad plate. Sprinkle with the onion, eggs, mushroom, bacon and blue cheese crumble.

Refrigerate until use.
