Baked Pistachio Lemon Salmon
Easy to prepare, a light and healthy meal
Servings: 6 to 8
Cooking / Baking Temperature: 425 degrees
Serving Temperature: 80 .C

Prep Time: 15 minute
Total Time: 30 minute
INGREDIENTS:
Salmon Fillet Or 6 Salmon Fillets (7 Ounces Each) 1.5-2 Lb.
Pistachio Nuts, Chopped 1 Cup
Packed Brown Sugar 1/2 Cup
Fresh Lemon Juice 3 Tbsp
Dill Weed 2 Tsp.
Pepper to taste
Sea Salt to taste
PREPARATION:
Place the salmon on a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
Pat salmon fillets with paper towel to remove any excess water.
Chop or crush the nuts; add the rest of the ingredients together in a small bowl.
Spread over the salmon.
Bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until the fish is done.
Remove from the oven immediately and serve.
