INGREDIENTS
6 bone in skin on chicken thighs
3/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1 medium yellow onion, halved and
sliced
3-5 cloves garlic, depending on
personal taste, crushed
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes to
garnish:
balsamic glaze to taste (either
store bought or made my simmering 1 cup of balsamic vinegar on the stove for 10
minutes on medium low heat.)
Small bunch fresh basil, sliced
thin
PREPARATION
Place all of the ingredients
except for the garnishes in the crock pot. Cook on low for 25 minutes
Serve drizzled with balsamic
glaze and topped with sliced basil.
