Preparation Method:
To make Green
curry paste
Take
onion, ginger, garlic, cumin, green capsicum, spring onion, spinach, green
chili, vinegar, celery, lemon grass, make it into a paste. Set aside.
Put the
coconut oil and olive oil into a large saucepan brings up to a medium heat. Add
the green curry paste and fry it for 5 – 7 mts. Add the chicken and stir add
salt as required and let it cook for 7 – 10 mts. add coconut milk cook for
another 2 mts.
