Green Curry Chicken


This extremely creamy and tasty chicken curry is a delight when specially served with steaming white rice

Ingredients:

Chicken: 200gms
Onion: 1tbl spoon
Garlic: 1tea spoon
Ginger: ½ tea spoon
Coconut milk: 2tbl spoon
Cumin: 2 pinch
Coconut oilb: 2tbl spoon
Green Capsicum:  2 pcs
Spring onion: 1tbl spoon
spinach: 2 tblspoon
Oil 1tbl spoon
Green chili: ½ tea spoon
Salt:  2 pinch
vinegar: ¼ tea spoon
Celery: 1 teaspoon
Lemon Grass: 1 teaspoon

Preparation Method:
To make Green curry paste
Take onion, ginger, garlic, cumin, green capsicum, spring onion, spinach, green chili, vinegar, celery, lemon grass, make it into a paste. Set aside.
Put the coconut oil and olive oil into a large saucepan brings up to a medium heat. Add the green curry paste and fry it for 5 – 7 mts. Add the chicken and stir add salt as required and let it cook for 7 – 10 mts. add coconut milk cook for another 2 mts.
