Grilled chicken supreme with Mediterranean Sauce

Chicken packed with Mediterranean flavors





Serves: 1
Cooking Temperature:  85 degrees

Cooking Time: 17 minutes
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 27 minutes

Ingredients:

Boneless skinless chicken breast halves: 250 gms
Lemon juice: ¼  Tea spoon
Olive oil:2 Tbl Spoon
Chopped fresh parsley: ½ tea spoon
Garlic: ¼  Tea spoon
Clove: ¼  pinch
 Paprika: 1 pinch
Dried oregano: ¼  pinch
Salt: 2 pinch
Pepper: 2 pinch
Green spinach: ½  cup

Preparation Method:
Combine lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, garlic, paprika and oregano in large plastic food storage bag.

Pierce chicken with fork several times and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add to bag and coat with dressing, marinate 20 minutes or up to two days in the fridge.

Remove chicken from bag. Grill or broil for about 5-6 minutes per side. Or cook in a grill pan over medium-high heat, 5 to 6 minutes per side, or until cooked through then garnishing with the steam spinach.
