Ingredients:
Green Moong beans: ½ cup
Onion: 1tablespoon
Tomato: 1tablespoon
Green Chilli: 1 pcs
Chaat Masala: 1 pinch
Lemon juice: ½ tea spoon
Coriander leaves: ½ tea spoon
Black salt: 1pinch
White salt: 1pinch
Preparation Method:
1. First you have to sprout
the moong beans.
2. Once the Moong sprouts are
ready, rinse them in water.
3. If you want a crunchy
taste.
4. then strain the sprouts.
5. mix all the ingredients
listed above with sprouted beans in a bowl except salt and lemon juice
6. Lastly, season with salt
and add few drops of lemon juice. garnish with lemon slices or coriander leaves
7. Serve moong sprouts salad immediately.
